It rained last week, a steady rhythm that beat against the ground, a blue breath of wetness. A somber gray day that tasted like fog and warmed my chilled bones. Back Then when I was ignorantly little my hair reached my waist. I wore flower-printed sundresses but not shoes so I could feel the grass between my toes. is my real name and it really is spelled like that. I go by Mistye or Lady here on dA so take your pick.

I am a college graduate with a BA in Professional Writing and acquired minors in Creative writing and Organizational Leadership and Supervision.

When I first started my college career, I studied Creative Writing as my major. I switched because while I took pleasure in it, I couldn't see myself doing only that for the rest of my life. I discovered that I could easily use my skills as a creative writer in a professional environment.

As I progressed further into the field of Professional Writing, I noticed that I was writing less and less, which was very interesting. So about 80% of all text that I write is for my creative writing.

The biggest takeaway from being a professional writer is that I'm a Rhetorician. I have way of creating, arranging, delivering, memorizing, styling and presenting an idea to an audience.

Life kinda sucks but I'm okay

Hello all! It's been way too long since I've done anything on here but I feel that it probably time to return and get beck to work with my writing. Seeing that my work is still being looked at even though I haven't been around is the push I finally got to pull myself up out of my sorry state and move forward again. For those that were kind enough to stop by on my birthday when it passed, thank you so so much ^_^ I'll be around and hopefully you guys will be seeing more of my work. In fact, later today I'll be uploading something that I just need to get out there so stay tuned!

Stressed again

I just spent $100 on music -_- I just need the semester to be over. I need to be away from campus because I feel trapped and cut off from everything that I love. I hardly ever have time to sit back and work on my sporadically organized novel or do anything for me. I feel like I've made a huge mistake with what I want to do with my life but I don't want to change that decision either. I just feel like giving up and calling it quits.
